Éclat was born from a simple belief: that exceptional dining experiences can transform ordinary moments into extraordinary memories. Founded by Chef Arjun Malhotra after his return from the kitchens of Paris and Tokyo, we set out to create a space where global culinary techniques meet the rich flavors of India.

Our philosophy centers on three pillars: respect for ingredients, innovation in technique, and warmth in hospitality. Every dish that leaves our kitchen tells a story—of the farmer who grew the vegetables, the fisherman who caught the seafood, and the artisan who crafted the cheese.
